Kacie joined Star Legacy Foundation in 2023 as a Family Support Specialist. She will be working with bereaved families to be sure they have the resources and support they need. Kacie comes to us with years of experience in bereavement and end of life. Her personal journey includes years of infertility, medications, IUI and IVF with 5 early losses. Her challenging journey gave her a strong passion to walk alongside others going through infertility and losses, as no one should have to walk this journey alone. Kacie was born and raised in Wisconsin where she still resides with her husband Don and golden retrievers Lucy and Letty. Kacie has a love for sunshine, being outdoors and traveling any chance she gets.
