The supports listed below are free phone and text supports for families who have experienced trauma.  Please note that these lines are not intended for medical emergencies.  Dial 911 if you or a loved one are in a life-threatening situation.

  • Star Legacy Foundation National Telephone Grief Support Line: call 952.715.7731 ext. 1 or text “HELP” to this same number
    • Our support line is staffed by professionals who have personal experience with pregnancy and infant loss.
    • The support line is answered 8 am – 8 pm Central Time.  Voicemails are returned within 4 hours between 8 am and 8 pm.
