Our fourth baby was a much wanted, loved and longed for daughter who was due in late 2001. When we found out that we were pregnant with our fourth child after losing our first child, a daughter, and our third child, a son, and after the birth of our second child, a rainbow baby
, we were overjoyed and super excited at the prospect of becoming parents again.Â
, we were overjoyed and super excited at the prospect of becoming parents again. Â
However it was sadly not meant to be as we miscarried our beloved daughter at just eleven weeks into our pregnancy. We didn’t think that pregnancy loss would happen to us again for a third time.Â
Â
Â
We were shocked that it had happened again as the doctors scanned me and said that our daughter was a missed miscarriage. We pushed for tears but were refused at first as it had not been three recurrent miscarriages, one after another.Â
Â
We were refused help because we had a child in between these losses.Â
Â
But we kept pushing and eventually we were referred – however we were on a waiting list and didn’t get seen until 2002.
Â
We had a feeling she was a girl so decided to call her Poppy Esme Livingston. We hope that our daughter knows just how much she is loved and missed and was wanted and we hope that one day when it’s our time to be reunited with her in Spirit. Poppy would be 25 years old this year in November (2025) she is called Poppy after the Remembrance ceremony in the UK, as she passed on Remembrance Day

Thank you for kindly honouring our angelÂ
