Diane and Chris LeBlanc were so excited when they found out Diane was pregnant in March of 2021. At 20 weeks their sweet baby girl, Evelyn, was diagnosed with Dandy Walker Malformation and while the prognosis was not always very promising, the doctors, Diane, and Chris held out hope. At 30 weeks Evelyn was diagnosed with Fetal Hydrops during an ultrasound, which required an emergency C-section. For 30 weeks Diane carried Evelyn hoping for the day she and Chris would get to hold her in their arms. They never would have imagined the day they finally said hello would also be when they’d have to say goodbye..
On Thursday, September 23rd, 2021 at 4:44pm, Diane and Chris were blessed to deliver baby girl Evelyn. The doctors did everything they could to stabilize Evelyn, however at 30 weeks and with her conditions mounting, she just couldn’t sustain life. So, on September 23rd Sweet Evelyn was called to be an Angel Baby.
Evelyn Louise LeBlanc will always be remembered and loved by her parents, Diane and Chris, and their families and friends.
