A’Sya Jeanette Crawford

June 22, 2025

On June 22nd 2025 that’s when everything changed. I woke up to change and feed A’Sya. When I grabbed her I didn’t realize right away that she was not breathing. I panicked immediately.

There she was in my arms, lifeless. I called 911 and they began coaching me on how to do CPR. I followed every single direction and nothing worked.

The ambulance arrived immediately and tried everything to bring her back to life but they were unsuccessful. My life changed tremendously afterwards.

I’ve been struggling with my mental health, struggling with taking care of my other 4 children, barely can pay my bills because I can’t bare going back to work considering the fact I worked at the daycare she went to and it’s so hard to go back. I’ve been depressed and out of it. Losing a child is the worse thing that can happen to someone.
