Heidi Pekarek joined the Star Legacy Foundation in 2022 as an Administrative Support Specialist. She works in our Eden Prairie office part time to support daily operations and projects behind the scenes. Her career experience includes working in accounting and finance before taking a parenting break for several years. She holds a BA in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas. Heidi and her husband have two children. She has a heart for families who have experienced loss and is honored to support Star Legacy Foundation in this role.
