The 2017 Stillbirth Summit was once again a great success.  We are extremely grateful to all of the researchers from all around the world who came together to share their work and the health professionals and families who joined them.  As the videos are edited we will make them available.  The full agenda with links to the videos as they become available can be found here.

Dr. Jane Warland

Our first video is of the Keynote Presentation by Dr. Jane Warland, a registered midwife and lecturer in midwifery at the University of South Australia. Jane is an active researcher in the areas of population health, mental health, and maternal health. Since suffering the unexplained full term stillbirth of her daughter Emma in 1993 she has been a passionate researcher into preventative and modifiable risk factors for stillbirth. She has published a textbook, book chapters and journal articles and has presented her research at numerous national and international conferences.  Jane’s program of research is STELLAR – Stellar, Teaching, Epidemiology, Loss, Learning, Awareness, Risks
